OUR STORY

Colby Davis of Boston was founded in 2014 by mother-daughter team, Lia Davis Lombara along with her two daughters, Lexi and Taylor Lombara. They have curated a collection that is all made in the United States and based in Boston. “Our goal is to bring courage, strength, and love into the daily lives of any person who wears one of our pieces.” To be worn alone as a statement piece or layered with all three pendant sizes on multiple chains, Lia, Lexi and Taylor want each customer to be inspired to create their own Colby Davis story by layering up designs that speak to them.

“We are thrilled to share our love for creating original and classic designs with everyone who loves jewelry!”

Lia Davis Lombara is a small business owner with a Fine Art degree from Boston College and a jewelry minor from the Tuft’s Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. At the age of fifteen, Lexi and Taylor joined their mother to design jewelry that was not only sophisticated and timeless, but with a meaningful message behind each collection. With this combination of art and entrepreneurship, the two girls continue to pursue their passion for business and glass enamel jewelry design. Today, Lexi and Taylor manage the business operations, strategic marketing efforts and love being the face behind the Colby Davis brand.

The incredibly unique beauty of glass enamel caught the girl’s eye years ago. This long lost art is a time consuming, skillful craft that takes years to perfect. Each pendant is individually fired to capture the originality and craftsmanship that goes into making jewelry of the utmost quality. From the hand engraving and enameling process, to the sterling silver chains and 18K embellishments, Colby Davis is 100% made in the USA.

Meaningful. Sophisticated. Unique. Timeless.

“Inspired by moments of everyday life and designs that make us feel confident, happy and beautiful, we hope to spread elegance and meaning with jewelry to be worn throughout life.”
