  • Standard (non-engraved items): Arrive within 5–9 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. Two-day and overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge only by calling Colby Davis directly to place the order. 
  • Personalized / engraved pieces: Please allow 4–5 weeks for delivery, as each item is hand-engraved with care. We always aim to ship sooner whenever possible.

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Options: Choose a refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Final sale: Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us for the return address. Include your receipt and a short note with your request.

Return Review

All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. Colby Davis reserves the right to decline a return if the item shows any signs of wear, use, or alteration, or if it does not meet the return requirements.

Refund Timing

Most refunds are processed sooner, but please keep in mind the below approximate return processing timeline: 

Shipping time back to us: 5–10 business days

Processing time: 3–5 business days

Bank processing: 5–10 business days

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased from a retail partner must be returned to the original store and are subject to that store’s return policy.
